WAAAM West is a car enthusiast’s destination. It houses a select collection of Premium, Exotic, Classic, and Antique vehicles which are on display. The facility is a family friendly attraction for both young and old.
The property is a former auto dealership located at the intersection of 78th St and Hwy 99 in Vancouver WA and has freeway access at 78th to I-5 north and south. The main building on the property, which is currently being renovated, is the new location for “WAAAM West – Cars by Ron Wade” is a family oriented destination for local and national car enthusiasts. |

WWII Link Flight Trainer |
WAAAM West has acquired a WWII Link Flight Trainer from WAAAM in Hood River. Restoration is in progress and we'll update it here. Eventually this historic item will be on display in the museum.
Mark Shaw is handling the restoration and notes that this Link Trainer is an electro-mechanical marvel. 10,000 of these were built to train all US pilots for WWII. It uses player piano and organ vacuum and pressure with bellows to move the trainer in response to pilot input. It is a very complicated machine that is undergoing a cosmetic restoration for display at the museum. Anyone familiar with organs or player piano repairs is welcome to help us restore this machine to actually operate.

The Great Race came to the Northwest!
On Friday June 28th 2019 we welcomed participants in The Great Race! This is America's Vintage Rally. The participants made a dinner stop at WAAAM WEST. For more information on The Great Race visit their site here
Besides the racers, many others arrived providing spectators with an incredible number of collectible cars to check out along with the racers.
